me and my mates a few years back chucked in 100 in and got a e30 2.0 was great fun, still felt underpowered on the ring although the 6 banger did sound awesome

drove to the ring did 8 laps and drove back then were gunna sell it for double what we paid but instead my mate fell in love and bought it off us lol

id worry about power of a 1.8 and stick to a 2.0 tbh mate, 2.5 would be a good future project

Can't insure any thing bigger after the crash Sad

2.8 seems an easy swap though!
