This will be my first time round combe,But i have now decided i will be attending most track days due to getting the buzz back from silverstone lol,first couple of laps im going to just follow a few people then i will let her loose,whats combe like then.

It's a fairly easy track, with quarry corner being quite notorious if you're pushing too hard it can bite back; not helped by a slight dip in the track just before the braking zone so make sure you don't end up getting the back end squiffy through there.

Just don't go steaming around first time but you'll be fine!

Yes thats why cause its a new track im going to take it easy and get used to it then build up the speed,ive done a few track days @ rockingham and silverstone so will just take it easy first few laps.

Yeah, only thing to watch out for at Combe is Avon Rise. Do not brake before the hump. You'll end up in the tyre wall. In my old 1.4 8v I was hitting 100mph just before that point.

I maybe bribing the testers tomorrow to pass it, provided I bring it back to have things done, as they are silly things.

I'm all packed and ready to roll.

For those with track time, you'll need:

Long sleeved top and trousers.
Helmet (can hire on the day).
Driving license (counterpart too apparently, but they've never asked for it).

And you might also want to consider bringing:

Various tools (sockets, spanners, torque wrench, screwdrivers, hammer).
Fluids (especially oil).
Your B4T spec sheet!
B4T number plate covers for those who are camera shy
